Lately I have been conducting some therapeutic disposal of clothes that are too big to wear so much that it is sinful. Having these clothes around my house and wearing them are diminishing my self-esteem so I am removing them from the house. I cannot wear them if they are not in my presence and it is like a burden to have them.
I am celebrating my new wardrobe in size 12 and mediums so my confidence is soaring.
This "tidying up of life" is a goodbye to who I used to be and a hello to the healthy me I knew for the first time in 2007. I am getting back to the me that knows good, healthy habits. The me that is confident and can shop in any store. I am getting back to a size I can be proud of and be my authentic self. The creation of change is freeing my soul to dance.
Transition to what you are becoming is uplifting and you must eliminate all the things that drag you down in order to soar. Whether it is negative people or old, big clothing, out the door with those. In the door comes positive and fitting things that bring joy to the healthy journey.
Any "tidying up" to do in your life?
