I started out lost as I slid into the world, tainted by a lack of boundaries. As I began to walk, I was bombarded by the people crossing my boundaries. I developed a bad image of WHO I was from the boundaries bestowed upon me. Walking with the boundaries set by others is a heavy burden.
Curiosity and hope plagued me as I began to run, could I shake boundaries imposed by others and set my own personal boundaries to define the REAL ME, WHO AM I?
I am a butterfly that sheds the cocoon to show the beauty that others try to oppress because they don't possess the beauty of change. As someone attempts to walk my boundary, the winds of change blow and my boundary will stand the test of time.
Are you aware that you CAN have boundaries and that they are defined by YOU? This is the way to live life, with self-defined boundaries that nobody else can walk on! Would you walk with me in the midst of change and build your defining boundaries? Change starts in the mind and descends to transform the body.
YOU are the only true BELIEVER, you NEED to BELIEVE in YOU! Nobody else will eat healthy for your Nutrition and nobody else will be FIT for YOU!!! Regardless of anyone else's opinion, YOU will be HEALTHY or NOT!
It is a wonderful thing to have supportive people in your life, but there are a lot of FAKES! People who are envious, jealous, etc. are people you need to hold boundaries with. You MUST rid your life of these people by minimizing time spent with them or never have contact with them. These are the people that will say something evil behind your back and be nice in person. These are the people that will sabotage your efforts to get healthy.
I walk in the footsteps of change and I BELIEVE in ME and my boundaries. Nobody should TELL me how to walk because my first steps and many to follow were in vain.

I found a true passion for exercise when I started Zumba. It is an intensive exercise activity that burns a lot of calories and is difficult, but you are having so much fun while doing it that you don't mind the hard work!
When I first started a group Zumba class at a gym, I was very obese and it hurt bad for a long time to do this exercise. I am pleased to say, after 1 year of Zumba, I am pain free while doing Zumba 3 hours a week!!! I don't regret a second of Zumba time and it was worth sticking with!
My passion for Zumba was ignited by a breast cancer survivor, a mother of 4, a hard worker in all aspects of life, she was very obese and has completely changed her life!
Zumba is an exercise that I don't need to be pushed to do, when it is ZUMBA TIME, I grab my things and RUSH to class! It provides me with exposure to other women who have passion for exercise.
NOT all instructors or dvds are created EQUAL, don't give up after 1 or 2 sessions of Zumba and try different instructors or dvds if you don't initially like it. Find a CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR or the ZUMBA EXHILARATE DVDS.
I am going to be starting ZUMBA TONING next week to eliminate the fat and tighten skin on my arms which is my worst area. I am so excited to get my new Zumba toning sticks and work hard at being the best I can be!
Some day I hope to be a Zumba instructor to share my passion for the exercise that has done so much for my health!

To my fellow Health Warriors:
The health journey is one every individual on the planet should make and all of us are worth that at the very least!
With all the responsibilities of life, it is anything but easy to care for yourself. Also there are many people who do you wrong and make it difficult to feel worthy as a person.
I am hear to see to you that no matter how tired, no matter how many responsibilities, if you don't feel worthy of health, any excuse that may come to mind, PLEASE, disregard everything that comes to mind and DO what is going to be good for your health!
Do intense workouts, pushing beyond what you thought you could do. Eat according to what your body needs, seek that knowledge and utilize it. Realize that your body has an alternative plan to what you would prefer and are working for.
Despite the NUMBER on the scale, there is SOOOOO much MORE to HEALTH! Intense workouts and eating well will bring you to the end result and NEVER EVER give up because of the NUMBER you see! With hard work and proper Nutrition, you will reach the desired number but it DOESN'T happen easily!
Discouragement is to blame for so many failures in the Health Department. BEGINNERS want results and they have to realize that results should be health related, yes it is nice to see the numbers drop on the scale BUT it is bittersweet to see the clothes become looser and the muscles start to show! For those on the LONG HAUL, you know the taste of victory and the crushing defeat on the scale, HANG IN THERE and PUT IN THE HARD WORK!
PLEASE NEVER GIVE UP and BELIEVE!!!!
