Munchkins and other temptations....

My husband is off to get delicious munchkins. I do love them, they seems so small and easy to eat. I will allow myself one and then oatmeal with some peanut butter. The weekend of willpower. I can do it. Down another lb this morning....makes it easier.

I can't believe how slooooowly things are moving this time. Im not sure what the big difference is as compared to last time but my poundage is creeping down at least. But only 1lb at a time soooooo slooooowly. Although it's hard to wait for those numbers to fall it is motivating to see them moving in the right direction. It comes at a difficult time for me-the Weekend. When I know I will be faced with yummy temptations and wine. 2 evening social events. Starting both days with workouts and hopefull the scale will stay where it is or continue to lower to keep me motivated. Always a big test for me.....

    I did it hooooray!!!!!!! I stuck to my plan and it was funny to be the sober one! I did get some greif about my "fish salad" which was delicious btw (sea bass and a tossed salad) but if filled me up and helped me stick to my goal. Two more magical words.... GUM and WATER. I am loving the new Fruit Sensations gum (strawberry banana and Pearilicious). I am proud of myself and down a lb)

I ran 5 miles outside today in 46:26 OMG I was thrilled just to finish never mind the pace. That's a 9:14 min/mile. The lack of weightloss has been frustrating but I am setting running goals. 6.55 (1/4 marathon) on April 4th!!!!

    Great time, Mama! I did a half marathon in February and trained hard for four months - didn't lose a pound! Actually gained two which was frustrating, but I made my focus mileage and fuel. Race day, it all paid off. I ran a very strong, steady race and finished 6 minutes faster than my goal of breaking 2 hours. So, keep on runnin', you can focus on weight later. Good luck!!

and distance! Increased my running to 4 miles today and did 4.08 in 35 that's a 8.34 min/mile. I am officially a RUNNER....again.
