Still trying to get it together.

Well like my title says it. I'm still struggling to find a routine again. THe baby is still waiking up at night, (she is only 1 1/2 months old) so I'm still super tired and have no desire to work out. I did get myself to do some arm exercises. I've also been busy trying to get my new Avon business up and running so that has me kind of busy and stressing out at times. Anyways back to my fat problems. Hahaha well I have to admit I haven't been trying as hard as I could. I know I could be doing a lot more but I keep making excuses. Hopefully I can snap out of it soon because I want to go clothes shopping soon and I'm not about to buy BIG clothes and also have a horrible time trying things on.

Well I was doing so good at not worrying about the post baby belly but lately it's really starting to bug me. And I think I've been bloated the last couple of days so that makes it look even worse. I know it can't magically dissapear but oh my gosh does it make me mad. And what makes things even WORSE is that I'm still using my pregnancy pants because that's the only thing that fits right now besides sweat pants. And I was okay with that but then when I look down it looks like if I was 3 months preggars. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, but I don't even want to try on any of my jeans cause I already know what's going to happen. I won't even dare doing that until I get down to atleast 175. Cause right when I got pregnant I was 172 and my clothes were already not fitting me quite right. I sure don't want to go out and buy any clothes cause that would be like I'm accepting being like this, and I'm NOT. So to me that would be a waste of money. Man o man this is frustrating. But I will vent about it and move on.

Just hang in there and try to find time to care for your needs - like some private time, some work out; water and veggies... you can do it! And spring is coming so you will be there in no time!

You just had a baby girl, don't beat yourself up. It takes time to lose the baby weight. Slow and easy does win the race! I know u can do it! Lets rock this month!!!

My kids have never been good sleepers. I'm hoping this little one is much better cause I can't loose this weight with no sleep.

Glad you are doing well. I would always give my kids snack before bed no drinks but babies are definitely different. Babies change from day to day as far as sleep habits. She is up now & if you can try to keep her up & playing. It used to work with my kids. Only my oldest son was tough but then I would give him a snack of his choice which at 3yrs old was hot dogs. He still has a sleeping issue to this day but he tries to cope with it as best he can.....ugh!
