It's been a crazy week. I've done good with my eating and I was able to get 2 runs in this week. I lost another pound! Last weekend I had a little too much wine and food, but for some reason I don't feel guilty about it. This is the way I look at it: I work hard all week long, try to spend quality time with my baby and get my workouts in. It's hard but doable. When the weekend rolls by I like to relax, and there is nothing better than some good wine and a good book. Yes, it stalls my weight loss, but it's not something I am willing to give up. And knowing that I don't do that every weekend it can't be that bad then. Its the quality of life that I need to preserve. That's my story and I am sticking to it
