..Oh alright - winters over and I've run out of excuses, My soccer comp is over (we made it to the Finals this year!!), it's no longer cold and the boyfriend has left the state for work.
Soccer was my main excuse - since i was playing or training twice a week it didn't really matter - but now thats over I have to move on and keep fit for next season
The cold just tends to zap the energy out of me - ive tried to beat this a few times, even with a tripple expresso then off to the gym...usually i end up just sitting on a machiene feeling so very sleepy instead of working out - much better rest and try to be ready for the next day.
The boyfriend going was a huge excuse - he was leaving the state because of work and before he left I wanted to spend as much time with him as possible - this ment alot of 'goodbye' dinners and a lot of calories - not only was I not going to the gym, I was eating bad as well. We are no longer together but luckely we managed to be as good as friends as we were before we started dating.
Now he is moved and settled, the weather is warming up and soccer is over there are no more excusess - back on the wagon I go.
