Yes it's true, i made my goal, and any more weightloss will be an added bonus before i go on holiday. It really is a wonderful feeing, i had to call my husband to check my weight to make sure i wasn't imagining it! He was thrilled for me too, so hope he's lost some when he weighs later. Come on everyone, it really is worth the hard work, and you can make it fun too!
Not only can i get into smaller jeans, i'm now down to a size 14 bra - YES! Oh it feels so good, i stand to get dressed instead of sitting on the bed, and i'm really enjoying walking or doing cardio each day. Really looking forward to my holiday in the UK in 5 weeks.
Keith decided i deserved a treat, so he took me out to dinner at the Manor Bar and Grill. I had 250g Rump Steak (well done cause i don't like all that blood) and vegies. Oh boy, did i enjoy it! I still managed to be under my maximum calorie daily allowance.
Had great news today, my grand-daughter (age 20) passed her driving test yesterday, and at her first try! Took me 3 tries, but that was 40 years ago.
Weighed today and i've lost another 400g. Printouts of Nutrition reports really help with knowing what to eat, and what not to eat. Enjoy what you are eating, enjoy your exercising, and your goals seem to be much more achievable.
