I realizeda cpl wks ago that in the past I havent always been consistent. That is the problem! ! ! ! So now that I know what the problem is I can fix it. You may b wondering how does one fix that. Actually for me its the easiest thing in the world to do.
You c I have a few mental issues & due to these issuesI deal w things differetnly. I m learning that I have to deal with life differently then most ppl. I cant go out in public w/o my mp3 player; when the panic attack starts the music helps to soothe me n it helps when there r too many ppl or it gets too loud. I have to have list what I need to do each day; this way I dont forget n once its listed it has to get done. Even the daily has hold chores I do has to be listed.
I have schedules for workouts. I even set alarms thru out the day to help me to stay scheduled. So I will b staying focused & I will b consistent. now I need to work on my sleep issue. So night all.
