Some how my blog yesterday didnt post; so I am going to blog 2x tday
did 30 mins on the wii yesterday & I did my core & lower body strengthening
I dont get it but I gained back the 9 lbs I lost praying its just the fluid retention cause I been exercising & eating less
I m not gonna give in I m going 2 push through
I even printed out a chart that I can check off things as I do them each day - this should help me 2 stay focused

Stay focused and don't fret too much. Sometimes I go up for a few weeks, then I have a big drop. If you stick to your plan, you will achieve your goals -- look at the bigger picture than just a day or even a week. Report Inappropriate Comment |
