Today I printed out a workout chart for the mth of Jan. to help me stay focuses & on track. I even added the stuff that I'm hoping to do by the end of the mth.
I m tracking ALL my food. Which is more then which I normally eat (TTOM).
We arranged the entire downstairs to make it easier for me& my dad to get around w our walkers. Now we just need to finish upstairs which includes my workout room. We do still have to do ramps 1 from the porch into the living room then 1 from the kitchen into the pantry area ( which leads 2 the restroom) If we dont lose the house due to back taxes we will get ramps from the outside.
Dad is still in the rehab & will probably b there 4 a cpl of wks, My MIL is in the hosp waiting for a biopsy results. Like my dad she also has just had 2 surgeries.
Tomorrow I plan on doing a weigh in & measurements for the new year. Problem is that my scale & the wii have me @ 2 different weights; so I guess I have 2 find a 3rd weigh in the do a comparison. I plan on doing this on a mthly basis.
Well I guess thats all for now; got to finish my exercising for the day.
