Feeling alot better today, as long as I wear my knee & back brace. I dont have to stay on bed rest the swelling went down n its not as bad as they thought it was. It seems to just be a strain I even did the bowflex treadclimber for 15 mins & I havent done it in mths. I refuse to remain down I will get healthy.
I have alot of things to work on I need to healthy physically, spiritually, & mentally. It's not gonna b easy but I'm not a quitter, I m a fighter. I will fight 4 wat I need & 4 wat I want. Right now I want to find a healthy balance in my life & I will.
My social life is very busy with mine & others ppl stuff but its getting easier. La has soccer on Sat & Girl Scouts on Thurs. Hubby has mtg on Thur & Fri. I volunteer @ a Christian high School on Tues & starting in Nov I will b volunteering w/ an afterschool program on Tues & Wed. Fri night I help coordinate Friday Nights for Everyone @ my church along with youth group. Sundays is church & Sunday School. Monday is the only day that nada is scheduled for well unless my marriage counseling is scheduled fro then.
My daughter is looking 4 an apt but not having much luck but I'm praying. Hubby's 1st day of work was rescheduled till tomorrow & its only part time but hey its something, n we still doing as on line for him.
I love dinner time especially on the nights that hubbys home. We cook together n sit as a family to eat. Everyone is even eating salad, veggies & healthy food w/ me
