I LOVE BIKE RIDING

Z - I went bike riding 2x totalling almost 2 hrs emoticon

E - 159 mins (bike riding & cleaning)

N - went way over, I was on point n then I binged yet again

emoticon I got my new glasses today, personally I believe that they compliment my new hairstyle.

Spring break is over so La went back to school, thanks b to God.

I screwed up again today with my eating but oh well @ least I exercised today & there is nada left in the house to binge on except apples. Tomorrow I go back to teaching & then the afterschool program (for someone who doesnt work I'm always working)

    Hello;

I too love bike riding, it never gets boring as the treadmill does sometimes. Being outside & enjoying the scenery makes the time just fly by. Great calorie burn too.
Don't beat yourself up over the food, just get back on track.
Keep biking & enjoy life.

A NEW DAY

Z - went to church & then took a nap

E - 35 mins (cleaning & treadclimber)

N - have been eating really bad

Tomorrow is a new day & a new week. I will refocus & re-begin my journey to healthy living. I have been doing really bad not exercising as much as I use to & my eating is way off base lately, but it's okay. I have been binge eating ALOT lately. It ends today. I weighed myself today & BOY did I gain some weight. I m up to 236 lbs but I will b going back down when I get on the scale Friday.

Tomorrow La goes back to school thanks b 2 God. I plan on riding my bike to go pay the electric & to go do some food shopping. Maybe I will even get some work done around the house. I also plan 2 make my appt 4 the neurologist so we can start the process to get my carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand , the right hand was done over 15 yrs ago. ALso prayerfully my new glasses are in & I can pick them up tomorrow.

Well I guess thats enough for today.

    Don't beat yourself up. We all fall off the wagon every now and then. It's getting up, brushing yourself off and jumping back on to continue the ride that counts. Sounds like you're ready to do just that.... emoticon

    I know the feeling I feel like I'm in the same boat as you in a way! This wknd eating could have been better and should have taken advantage of this nice day and burned some serious calories! I hope soon I will change my ways to shed some LBS!

FEEL LIKE I'M GOING BACKWARDS

Z - I have Sparkpeople

E - 46 mins (treadclimber, wii & cleaning)

N - it sucks; I'm eating non stop junk food

I feel like I'm going backwards in this journey. I do know that part of it is just the depression.
But I m eating junk food which I have even wanted in mths. I got up this morning started cleaning then took the bed, got up did some more cleaning, went back to bed again. I did get up & exercise for about 15 mins on the treadclimber & the wii, then back to the bed.
Having La home from school this wk has really taken alot out of me.
I have to continue to just give it to the Lord & trust that everything is going to find away to work out.

Z - I m NOT giving up

E - 97 minutes (waling, cleaning, bowflex treadclimber, & wii)

N - stayed within my calories but on the high end


Still dealing with wanting to eat ALL the time.

It hit 90 degrees today, I DO NOT DEAL WELL WITH THE HEAT.

I rearranged my kitchen. Rearranging always seems to help my depression as does cutting my hair.

I m planning to get a tattoo on Friday, if I dont chicken out - my lower back. emoticon

I m so looking forward to school reopening on Monday, La is getting on my very last nerve & I miss being able to ride my bike.

Z -Enjoyed just sitting outside n enjoying the warm weather

E - 95 minutes (bowflex treadclimber & walking)

N - went over

Took La to the eye dr, her eye-site is 20/30 which is the best a child can b w/o knowing their numbers. Tomorrow will b all about working out & more spring cleaning/rearranging.

I'm really struggling lately I haven't been dong my workouts like I used to. The walking is cause I'm walking to do my errands, La is overweight also, sooo we are walking together while there's no school.

My meds are helping but there seems to b a bad period of time everyday during the late afternoon & early evenings. But hey it's better then I was. Even the muscle spasms are easing up some so - Praise Be God.

    You will find doing it together will keep you motivated as well. Hang in there you are doing wonderful! I know its tough when your body does not want to cooperate in your goals.
