RAIN RAIN GO AWAY

Z-It stopped raining long enough 4 me to walk over 4 miles

E-140 minutes(walking-wii- yoga)

N-met my calories (even with me having a whopper)


Things I've done for myself:
Saturday-watched movies & relaxed
Sunday-spent the day with La

The rain is really starting to get to me & they just announced that there is more rain on the way. I do thank God that it's no longer snowing; but, I can't ride my bike to curves in this weather (I dont drive a car). LA decided that we needed to go out today so since there was a slight reprieve from the rain. We walked to the thrift store, then BK, the dollar store then walked home. Round trip it was over 4 miles. For an overweight 4 yr old La did good. I can't believe that she is gonna b 5 this coming Saturday. Then a wk later I'm having her Pirate Party @ the church. I m dressing as a wench; I still need to get my jacket & hat. Although I do now have doubts about the outfit

Z-went 2 the Please Touch Museum

E-80 minutes(bowflex treadclimber-walking - bike riding)

N-met my calories today - kind of


Things I've done for myself:
Sunday - went to a Christian rock concert
Monday - bought myself a wench outfit 4 the baby's pirate party
Tuesday- ate without care of calories
Wednesday - is making plans

Still not over my depression just can't seem to shake it. I feel so disconnected from everyone & everything. I'm trying to stay focused on my volunteer work & that helps. I feel great when I'm out on my bike but then I come home to my responsibilities & feel like crap again. I know I'm needed but I just feel . . . so . . . useless. I'm just feeling lost lately. I know it's getting bad when I'm not caring about losing weight .

Z-It was a beautiful day and I went bike riding

E-244 minutes(bowflex treadclimber-walking - bike riding)

N-met my calories today


Things I've done for myself:
Saturday - bought myself 2 new shirts

I already know that I over did it today BUT it was just a great day n it felt awesome to be riding my bike again. So I'm gonna go rest with th heating pad (if I can find it) n take my meds. Even if I'm sore tomorrow (my rear already is) it was worth it.

Z-I went to Friday night service & had a great youth group

E-65 minutes(bowflex treadclimber-wii fit plus)

N-went over my calories today


Things I've done for myself:
Thursday - cut a mtg short so that I can go home on time
Friday - spent most of the day

I have decided that I really don't like the wii biggest loser so I m going to trade it for a different game for the wii
