TODAY WAS THE WORSE DAY SO FAR THIS YEAR - THANK YOU SPARK FRIENDS FOR BENG THE LIGHT THAT SHINED THRU IT

I actually met my calories & I did 151 fitness minutes.

Well I'm go try to deal with my depression prayers 2 all

DAY 23 & LENT 6

Still didn't meet my calories but I got over 1300 & I did my 90 mins of fitness & 30 mins strength training.

Work was rough only 1 of my 6 youth tutors showed up for afterschool but I was asked by 5th grader if I would marry him. Church council went well I was elected to stay on as Vice President of council (pastor is the pres).

I read this today: HARD WORK SPOTLIGHTS THE CHARACTER OF PEOPLE; SOME TURN UP THEIR SLEEVES, SOME TURN UP THEIR NOSES, AND SOME DON'T TURN UP AT ALL.
I'm looking at this from a fitness viewpoint. It takes hard work to make a lifestyle change and to realize diets dont work. Some ppl will put in all the work change food habits & exercise; some ppl will come up will look into & say some day & them some will laugh @ using a web site to get healthy & continue to do nada

I HAVE ROLLED UPO MY SLEEVES - how about you

    I have definitely rolled up my sleeves. As a matter of fact, that was the quote that I used in my signature prior to the one I use now about getting run over if you just sit there. I love that quote; maybe I'll use it again.

DAY 22 & LENT 5

Didn't make my calories I just have no interest in food. Everything makes me nauseous. I did 100 minutes of fitness.

Spent most of the day @ the church giving out state food, will b back there on Friday again.

Never got around to making any of my dr appts, but tomorrow is another day. Still dealing with the pain the meds arent even helping much at this point. These muscles spasms aren't like nothing I've dealt with before.
Still no heat but @ least the snow is melting thanks to the rain.

I'm in the process of planning La's 5th b-day party. It is gonna b all out Pirates. I know she a girl but it what she wants. I'm a little upset cause hubby won't b able to b there, I guess I wil b taking lots of pics. The party is the end of March so I have a month of planning

POSITIVE FOR THE DAY - I may b in pain but I m able to walk. This to (the pain) shall pass

This is gonna b a real short blog I'm in so much pain.

Sunday is usaully my day off from cardio & it is not part of the 40 days of Lent.

I was under on my calories & I did 55 minutes of fitness.

DAY 20 & LENT 4 (yesterday)

Not having my laptop really sucks this e-machine acts like its on dial up; it so slow.

Well I met my low end of calories yesterday & I did 110 minutes of fitness.

I actually finally finished my family room; well except for painting the trim. Never would have thought I could actually fit it all in. Our family room is actually the front bedroom; I have an office space; there is a workout area; a baker rack as our bar & there is the sitting area for TV (even left an area for hubby's recliner that I have on layaway). There is even enough open area for me to do my wii NO MORE EXCUSES.
Now to work on getting the rest of the house togethre I didn't realize how much my daughter staying here had disrupted my home life,

POSITIVE THING - I SOAKED IN A BUBBLE BATH - I deserve some time to myself.
