Okay this has got to stop. Everytime I think that I'm getting somewhere something destroys it. my #%@^@#^#$% FOOT is really frustrating me.
I was doing so much better and it seems that everytime I do something happens. This time somehow my brakes got disconnected on my bike. I didn't realize it and had to stop myself on a mound of dirt and my feet; it was either that or ride onto a busy intersection.
So now my foot is worse then it was when I fell last mth; even the color is more off this time.
Sooo I will not b continuing with the bootcamp. It just seems that no matter what I do my health keeps going backwards. With all that is going on its getting even harder to fight the depression.
Well I guess thats enough pity party 4now.

Marcia, so sorry to hear about your foot getting hurt again, I know where you are coming from though, it seems we just get a good momentum going and something gets in the way!
I am just waiting for mine to happen..I am tired of having to quit only to start again..
But honey don't give up, stay focused on your eating and do some sitting exercises, anything helps..

PS I love the new pic of your granddaughter, she is so beautiful, and what a Bright smile, sure does brighten up the world around her!

I'm so sorry to hear about your accident . . . you must be in pain from it, poor MAGA!

They keep telling us "God's delays are not denials" so hang in there. Sometimes we just have to keep going with the flow and not loose faith. Along with you, we will all keep our eyes focused on the ultimate goal of weight loss and you will overcome this latest setback too.

As an aside, I don't understand why anyone one would have climbed onto a bike before the previous healing had completed finished....? It's not good to push things faster than is reasonable. In the meantime, take good care of the reinjured foot. Epsom salts, hopefully someone will give you very very gentle massages and no bikes for a long while. Water exercise is safer.

Hugs & prayers for your fast recovery AND greater patience with yourself & weight loss progress routine.

Don't worry Marcia, things will get better. Take it easy on your foot. This will give you a chance to concentrate on nutrition. Give yourself a break today from your problems. Watch a funny movie or read a good book. Try to give your mind a rest from thinking and worrying. I hope you feel better soon!

Well better then yesterday but still stressful.

Why does it seem like everything goes wrong @ 1 time. GOD GRANT ME STRENGTH.

My knee has been swollen a cpl days & now is painful. The pains in my chest that I was told were nada r coming more frequently & more intense, they said if it continues to go back to er but they say it all from my asthma.

Did all my challenges but not with my usual self. Still not back to curves. Asthma okay as long as I keep using the machine & I go back to the afterschool program tomorrow.

I did go over my calories today BUT they were peanut m&m's.

I'm sorry to hear you're having recurring chest pains. Asthma? My foot! More likely from the medication to control the asthma . . . . make sure they keep a close watch on your heart, and you too. After taking asthma meds, periodically check your pulse & blood pressure.

Slow, easy exercise will help every condition . . . just don't overdo it . . . but don't stop either.
We are behind your great efforts 100% and hope things will improve dramatically in your life SOON!

DAY 3 - a day late

WARNING DRAMA AHEAD - this is my life

I m writing day 3 a day late due to a life of drama. Yesterday I woke up in severe asthma did treatment & took some cold meds & went back to sleep. Woke up around 9:30 to both house & cell phones ringing back to back and they wouldn't stop. It was my daughter hysterical sheriffs was @ her door and gave her 15 mins to get out of her apt. (she was fighting an eviction).
Well needless to say I get up upset cause she is so upset and she about 2 hrs away from me by buses. I spend about 30 minutes calling ppl & calling ppl; finally got a phone call back her Godmother & Godsister with 2 vehicles are heading to get them for me (my daughter her 3yr old & daughters girlfriend and her 2 kids)
The girlfriend and her 2 kids are on their way to a shelter now (with my fathers health he cant deal with the caos. My daughter and hers will b staying here prayerfully just for a mth or so.

NOW 2 MY STRESS FACTOR - this is La's mother & we don't c eye to eye on very much YET we are so much alike the worst parts of each other.
I m sooo frustrated and it ain't even been 24 hrs she been here

INSPITE all of this last night I did my BL & fit plus workouts. I m not going to let anything interfere with my new lifestyle. I even did the challenges of course I didn't get to bed until after midnight and then couldn't sleep.

Hubby doesn't know anything going on yet cause he will call me today. Tomorrow he is heading to his program which will be either 90 to 120 days depending on how well he works with them.

I had to get that all out now to start getting the house back in order. The dust is killing my allergys we had to put ALOT of stuff in the attic.

Due to the cold and my asthma I didn't go to curves (I ride a bicycle to get there) So I will get my measurements done on Wed.

But I did the bootcamp challenge with modifications due to foot; did the quickfire challenge.

Did 12 mins of the wii Biggest Loser & 10 mins wii fit plus . With the asthma flare up I am taking it slow.

My back & foot are really achy today its gonna b a rough winter. But I will not give into it
I will just modify my exercises as needed. My gaol is to b @ least to 225 by the beginning of February. If I meet that goal I will b getting my next tattoo @ that time. I m setting little goals instead of looking @ the big pic I'm looking @ mothly .

Baby steps is the way to go. Good for you. Don't forget to reward yourself somehow when you make a small goal. Keep up the great work! I did Wii Biggest Loser for the first time tonight. How long have you had it? Which trainer do you use? Have a great Tuesday.
