O - Observant — Take notice of the changes going on with you. Are the healthy changes in your diet affecting how you feel about yourself? Are others taking notice? Do you look at food choices a critical eye? Observe the changes going on in you. They are real, and your family and friend will notice
Yes, I m feeling better about myself, I now walk with my head held high.
Yes, and as others notice I get an extra pep in my step.
I'm so-so with looking @ food more critically, but I do think twice before ordering while out.
When it comes to eating and fitness I have made drastic changes in the past year. Yet I do still eat chocolate, fried chicken, and pizza. I just now eat less and manage to stay within my calories for the most part. I also try to stay active all day. If watching TV or on the computer I take periodic breaks just to walk around the house. Instead of finding reasons not to walk to the store I find reason to go for a walk.
