The weekends are usually my downfall.
I over eat - I don't exercise. But this weekend was different. I'm not even sure why. but this weekend was different. I may not have done regular exercises but I was active and moving around; rearranging, organizing and cleaning. I didn't go over my calories, either.
I guess I m really finally starting to get this right.
Friday I redid my measurements @ curves. I hadn't been there since June. The most amazing thing was that inspite not doing regular exercise other then swimming & walking around the church during vbs; I lost lbs & inches (just not in my thighs).
Maybe that's y I m able to focus this weekend cause if I could lose 11 lbs in a summer without regular exercise; then imagine what I'm gonna do now that I m focusing.
