take 80,000 steps a week - do the bootcamp everyday - do 68 step ups(&down) everyday. I want to get to 240 lbs by the end of the month.
I was taking my measurements & had to realize that I added to my measurements. I JUST WANT TO CRY.
(L) Arm: 17.5
(L) Thigh: 31
WEIGHT today is 249.5 (but that is up & down everyday all day)
Well needless to say I m not happy cause it seems that I've went up in all my measurements I will not redo them until the 27th which is when curves will redo them for me. This is unacceptable; really it is.
But I m not going to let it get me down it just proves that I have to really push myself even more now.
