What am I going to Do

It's been 90 degrees for the last 3 days & my breathing is getting bad again. How can I stay focused on my workouts if I cant deal with the heat. I m back to using the nebulizer this really sucks.
Well @ least tomorrow we should have some normal temps

    Marsha, workout only in the AC..
Don't forget Filipe got rid of his asthma, and you can too!
Just take it one day at a time, and only do what you can on those days it is hard to breath...you can do this, don't let this be a setback, just find a way to manuever around it on thos hard days...don't do anything that will make it hard to breath..

    Oh Maga, You try so hard, Of course if you can't breathe good it is to hard to work out, and if you don't work out then you might not lose weight. I want things to get better for you.
I know you are NOT a senior, but do you think there could be a senior center or something that would be air conditioned where you could work out? I care!

I'm finally a MOH

Well I now have an extra push to get this weight dropping off even quicker. My cousin & her girlfriend r having a civil ceremony in August & I was asked today to b the replacement Maid(matron) Of Honor. We had just gotten back in touch with each other almost 2 yrs ago right after her girlfriend proposed to her. So she had at that time asked her someone else to be the MOH but has since had a change of heart. What is nice about this is that my hubby is already in place as the best man. He was asked a little over a yr ago. Soooo now I have to push extra hard cause I don't want to b the blob rolling down the aisle.

tHE OTHER COOL THIS IS THAT I'VE NEVER BEEN IN ANY WEDDING OTHER THEN MY OWN & if the Bishop approves it they r even having their ceremony @ our church.

Well I've had a busy weekend so I m heading to bed.

I like you have never been a part of the wedding party other than my own.
You can do this...we have almost 3 months to get you in shape and where you want to be..
You better think about that other self challenge I proposed to you..It starts Friday..that is the first of May!

A Different Meaning

My nick-name is Misfit. YEAH funny I know.

I have been misfit since I was about 8 or 9 yrs old. My brother gave me the name while we were watching RUDOLPH THE RED NOSE REINDEER; they were singing the song WHY AM I SUCH A MISFIT. It kind of stuck. I am the type of person who doesn't want to b like anyone else; I march to the beat of my own tune. People are always telling me that I am definitely 1 OF A KIND.

Well now I can be called Miss Fit. Sure I have a long way to go. I m also very sure that I will have a very difficult road. Inspite every obstacle I m getting fit; I m getting healthy. I love the look of amazement on ppls face; when they c how active I m.

So regardless I m MISFIT - it just now has a different meaning.

And you are so right...you are doing it and your are making it happen, and you are doing it to your own time and beat!
Just keep it going, I am so proud of you and the accomplishments you are making...

I just cant believe this I''ve gained weight again. Unfreaking believable.

So I went & looked @ what I m doing; what did work before & such. So I realized a few things.

1. I haven't been losing as regular since I stopped doing my morning mile.

2. Carbs

So I m going to start doing a mile @ least 3x evenings a week after dinner & I m gonna stop trying to eat so many carbs. Ever since I adjusted my fitness then my calories to eat went up. So I started to eat more, then I started to try to meet my recommended carbs. So I'm gonna not focus so much on trying to eat more & c if that helps. If something doesn't change soon, I may have to follow the Dr's advice & take diet pills.

Biggest Fitness Accomplishment So Far

I had to think about this one for a minute; then I realized WOW that's an easy one. I do something FITNESS related everyday.

Whether it is riding the bike, going to curves, my strengthening, walking & even the stepping. All these exercises r a part of my daily fitness routine & I log my food everyday,

I didn't do anything fitness related unless I had no other choice, now it it my choice. So yes my biggest fitness accomplishment is that fitness is part of my everyday life.
