I just cant believe this I''ve gained weight again. Unfreaking believable.
So I went & looked @ what I m doing; what did work before & such. So I realized a few things.
1. I haven't been losing as regular since I stopped doing my morning mile.
So I m going to start doing a mile @ least 3x evenings a week after dinner & I m gonna stop trying to eat so many carbs. Ever since I adjusted my fitness then my calories to eat went up. So I started to eat more, then I started to try to meet my recommended carbs. So I'm gonna not focus so much on trying to eat more & c if that helps. If something doesn't change soon, I may have to follow the Dr's advice & take diet pills.
