Well I made all my nutrition for another day met each of my goals including fat which I usually go over & carbs which I m usually under BUT 3 days now I've met them no unders no overs.
I have been getting my fitness minutes in & my strengthening regularly. I have my curve appt on Friday morning, the blessing is that I don't' have to pay the registration fee if I take a bag of groceries to donate & it's less then $40.00 a mth. I need to get started with losing this weight again.
ALthough the scale went down I was kind of disappointed cause it is moving sooo slowly. But I m starting to get more sleep which is a good thing
