My life has changed so much since I joined Sparks.
Today I wasn't able to exercise this morning & I had no energy. I was @ a conference @ was picked up early for the drive. I just felt so run down until lunch when I got a chance to work around the building. Who would have thought.
I went from trying to do 10,000 steps 3 to 5 days a week to doing it for 7 days. Starting in April I m gonna go for 15,000 steps 3 days a week.
I m still trying to get my head around the calorie thing. It's just hard for me to accept that I have to now start eating more; especially as my goal has been to eat less.
