I was going over more goals that I set for myself. I m somewhat impressed. I actually did strengthening 6 times last wk. Different areas 2 x a wk. I also have really upped my fitness minutes. I try to get most things done in the morning & I feel great. Praise God & I pray that I continue to move forward like this. Last week only 1 day did I not do over 10,000 steps & that was Saturday case I was painting. For the 1st time in a long time I m actually looking forward to Wednesday & my weigh in.
Just an update my dil will be induced tomorrow morning (poor girl has been suffering all weekend). So prayerfully by this time tomorrow night our precious Skyann should be here. Please keep them in your prayers.
