I been sitting here thinking.

I realized a few things:
- - I dont like being around people again.
- - I dont spark or facebook as much as I use to.
- - I havent crocheted in a few weeks
- - I havent been reading again
- - I havent been sitting outside
- - I just dotn want to do anything

The good thing is that I have realized it. I have an appt to c my pcp on Thurs and tomorrow I find out when they will do my mental eval 4 a program I looking into. I been meditating some and spending time in prayer

I, too, have one and two in common as well and it is only me. You do so much for so many and I think YOU are lost in it all. I hope your PCP can get you where you want to be.

Just know we may not be physically there for you but there are many shoulders here even just willing to listen. And if listening is all you want, not opinion or suggestions, just preface your comments with that and then we can just acknowledge we have read what you needed to get off your chest.

I just feel so disconnected from everything.

I m trying; really trying NOT to fall back into the black pit.

I dont know whats going on or why its happening.

But I m gonna do my best to continue to fight this.

    Take it one day at a time or even a smaller amount of time such as an hour at a time. Just focus on doing your best for this 1 hour, each hour that you do well adds up quickly to many successes! Even if you slip, put it behind you and do well again, one step at a time. You can do this!

    Don't fall into the pit, kind Sparker; be gentle with yourself and let this feeling pass. There could be a lot of reasons why you're feeling what you are. I don't mean to give advice (indeed, I'm not in a position to), but just make sure that you're drinking enough water and getting enough sleep. Beyond that, promise yourself that it will get better, and consider doing one thing for yourself that you would do for your best friend - just to be kind. Above all, hang in there! The feeling WILL pass, and you'll be a stronger person for having worked through it.

He will b home in about 2 wks

We will b meeting on Wednesday to work on a 90 day plan

Well in the past month of gained 5 lbs.
Its my own fault. I havent been going to the gym as much as I use to. I have been eating very bad and have not been tracking my food at all.
Tomorrow I will once restart, I m not letting it bother me its all a part of life. Life does go on
