My goals for the next 3 mths
My main goal is to lose @ least 20 lbs, prayerfully more.
Do Cardio @ least 5 days a week. Cardio will be a mix of walking & aerobics, I will walk - 3 days A week, sometimes more. I will do aerobics -2 days a wk, sometimes more.
I will continue to do strenghtening 3x a wk.
