41/365 Cleanse

I am thinking of trying a cleanse - I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts.

The one I was thinking of trying is a 3 day fruit cleanse. Basically for 3 days just eat different types of fruit either raw, cooked, juiced or as a smoothie. This is suppose to be for 3 to 5 days. It is suppose to help to clean out the intestines of toxins.

I am already trying to eat more fruits and veggies. It is really hard for me not to eat meat as much as I love all types of meat. The hardest thing for me is to stay away from burgers I loooove burgers. Turkey burgers I actually do enjoy.

    I would talk to a doctor first! But, if I were going to do a cleanse, I would do a fruit one! Good luck!

    Maybe talk to a doctor first. I know it's only for a short time, but a person's body needs other nutrients too, so just be careful if you decide to do this. :) HUGS!

    I'm not sure about cleanses...but drinking lots of water with it I think would be a good idea.

40/365 - - - Goals For The Week

My goals for this week are :

1. to set up an appt w my new primary care dr
2. go to the post office to send a crochet project to Jersey for my grand Sky
3. to stay within 1200 to 1500 calories every day this week
4. to workout @ the gym @ least 60 mins a day

39/365 Still Up

The one good thing about still being up is that I almost 4got to write this blog; so I have about 29 minutes. Feeling rushed I have to get this done. emoticon

Today is my day off from exercise; except for walking. Tomorrow I will ride my bike to the gym to go to my wsls zumba class. I m starting to get use to our new zumba instructor. i . To just have so much trouble getting the routine down. But another one of the contestants told me to look in the mirror behind us to follow the instructor n it might help me some. Like playing follow the leader; the instructor faces us n we r suppose to mirror her moves. I will try the suggestion 2morrow anything that can help me. i know that I will totally enjoy the class once I learn the moves.

Presently cooking in the crock pot is a corn beef brisket stew with a spicy mustard; brown sugar, tomato sauce. Its smells sooo good but I will b trying not to eat it as I just realized how much sodium is in the brisket. So I guess I will b having some italian style turkey sausage.

Well praying that everyones lives r improving during ur healthy lifestyle journey

    I tried zumba from a video on utube and laughed at myself all the way through it. Hehe! It is a little hard getting the right moves in, but it sure is fun trying. Hehe! Hugs!

This is just a blog to write a blog. As I have challenged myself to blog for an entire year.

Really dont feel like doing anything except eat the last 2 days. Everything is just irritating me. The only time I feel good is when I am at the gym working out. WOW have I changed.

Well I guess this will count as my blog; prayerfully I b in a better mood tomorrow

    I went through that for a good while myself, feeling like the best part of my day was when I was at the Y. I think for me though it was more of being out there with my friends and having some fun while getting healthy. :) Hugs!

37/365 Asthma - yet again

It seems that every other day my asthma is inflamed; I wake up with the breathing issues.

I actually slept pretty well last night.

But then I woke up still feeling exhausted so I slept most of the day.

Feeling stressed out not even sure y but I will do my best to control my eating.

Missed the gym today but tomorrow I have a walk & tone class the is all about toning n kicks ass.
