If I could go back in time and give advice to myself I wouldn't,
As much as I've been thru the molestation as a child; being raped as a teen; having my children young; the domestic violence from my first marriage (including being held hostage n him trying to kill me) and then there is ALL of the health issues. No I wouldn't go back to give advice or to change anything. You may think I'm crazy (well I m a little bit but not cause of this) BUT seriously if anything changed even in the way I think - it would change who I am today.

I have a long way go in my journey BUT I think I've already learned my most valuable lesson HONESTY. To move forward in life to really move forward in life I have to be honest. Honest about who I am & why I m the way I m & about who I want to be.
I aint no junk CAUSE GOD DONT MAKE NO JUNK
I needed to do a dream board; never been good @ these. As much as I love my crafts dream boards n motivational type boards are my downfall. Then I realized I was just thinking too much; my dream board is real easy - its just pictures. Pictures of my family blood as well as others. So hanging in my home there are 2 picture frame collages - pictures of happy times. My dream is for my love ones to be happy.
What will change when I reach my goals - NOTHING. Cause this journey will never end; this is my life. Well there will be one change I will be physically more healthy. I dont want to be skinny I just want to be healthy
1) Why - to get healthy n watch my grands grow up especially the one that I m raising
2) to be able to take care of myself w assistance ( dress myself )
3) I need to contiually push myslef to do things that are difficult; even if it means finding new or different ways
I schedule my gym time; so that it gets done
shop more often to have healhtier n fresher foods
I also pre cook most of my meals; a crock pot of soup evey weekend;
when I lose 20 lbs - lighten my hair
when I lose 50 lbs mani/pedi;
when I lose 75 lbs ? when I lose 100 lbs ?
