I hope every one has a great day. Going up to 72 today so going to make the most of that. Have a lot of gardening that can be done. I will get a good work out from that. Then I think I will also go to the gym. Talk to you all tomorrow.

Went to the gym this afternoon after work. Its is some times easier to do that. I feel a lot happier when I do the work out because I know I'm making myself better. Thank you all for thinking about me.

Hi all hope you all are doing well. Just a little update. Yesterday I had the cervical epidural. It was not to bad. Little painful at the injection site. They say it take about 24 hours for it to start working. Will see this evening when I go to bed. Will see the orthopedist in two weeks to let him know if it worked. Will get back to my exercise tomorrow.

So glad to see you are doing well. And I hope the epidural does the trick for you. Oooooh! Reading your blog about the "injection site" gives me the willies. Not too much going on today. Tomorrow I will be going for the cervical epidural. The doctor also told me it could be cubital tunnel syndrom. Which has to do with the nerve running by your funny bone. That makes a lot of sense because I had been sleeping with my arm curled up next to me. We will see what he says after the epidural. Wish me luck.

Well the first day of March and they are calling for major snow. Thats all my friends saying oh we need one more really nice snow. I hope they are happy. It doesn't take them forever to get work or even up the long drive way we have. I love to see the snow and the birds are out eating at the feeder but I just cant wait for the warm weather.

Nancy, I'm totally with you. I WANT WARM WEATHER! They are calling for a major snow storm here as well and we totally need to head back home before it hits. I hope the NJ Turnpike is clear and ready for us because it could make our trip 3 hours instead of 1 1/2 hours. Spring will be here before we know it. Dedrie Report Inappropriate Comment
