Goal line!!!

I keep my weight loss goals in 15#increments so I don't get overwhelmed or discouraged when I see my goal looking so far away. Well I am on course for my 1st goal of -20 lbs by Sept 30! I have lost 19 lbs!! Next goal: -15 by Dec. 30!!!

    This is a very smart plan to use. You are setting small atttainable goals for yourself while you keep your eye on the overall goal.

WOW! I'm dedicated to a healthier me!! I'm averaging 4 days of Cardio. My low carb diet is satisfying AND working!! September goals-- Cardio 4x a week, NO FRIED FOODS THIS MONTH! add abdominal exercises to my workouts! Awesome results to come! I love SP!!

I'm back after losing and regaining almost all I had lost. I needed to learn that this is a permanent plan!! I know it works because I lost the weight. I regained it because I left the plan I learned here. Now I know that I'VE GOT TO SPARK!!!

    Hey sister, girl I'm glad you are back, it's okay to start all over again it's never to late!!! I like you know that when I don't stick to the plan what will happen, I've gain back almost 20lbs of the weight I lost. Not sticking with this lifestyle I knew would lead me here and so here we are. But I continue to draw my strength from our heavenly Father and that has kept me from completely giving up. I try to constantly remember that this body is God's temple and I need to treat it well, so with that being said I'm starting all over too :). We can do this together, I am so glad you're back!!! emoticonClaudette

Gave it over to the LORD, HE worked it out oh Yeaaaaaaaaa!!

I went to get my cardio done today and it began to rain. I sat there for quite a while (25 mins) and the rain stopped and started a few times. I drove away and saw the prettiest rainbow arcing across the sky. I stopped to take a pic of it for my facebook page and noticed the rain had stopped. I turned around and went back, got my 30 mins and a cool down done and missed the rain. Just what the rainbow represents, GOD's promise. HE has also promised to hear my call and to help me. GOD knows I need HIS help on this journey. I'm glad for the help...blessings....

Adding weights to my weekly workouts

I am already walking 45 min 3x a week. I am losing steadily and I feel great!!! I am adding squats, and an arm-weight workout to sculpt my arms and lower body. I will do this 2x a week for 30 mins. I will work my arms with an 8 lbs dumbell 10 mins 5x a week to carve some Michelle Obama arms!!! Lol!!!
