Well it's been almost two months and here is what's happening:
I have lost 23 lbs! From 181-158
My BMI has lowered 3.7 points from 29.2 to 25.5,, almost into normal/healthy range!
I am able to jog 3 miles nonstop versus not even finishing a mile without a walk break!
Planks-- began with 30 sec now over two minutes!
I have not eaten any animal protein since April 11, 2014! #fueledbyplants
I am enjoying the journey!
