I am back on task:
Nutrition: tracking and watching my intake. Water: working toward 1/2 body weight
Veggies, fruit, protein, limiting sweets. Drinking green tea 2xdaily working toward goal of 3xdaily.
Strength: upper body: Thurs a.m.--crunches 50; Burpees (modified) 10; plank 60 secs. Cute booty: 20+20reverse leg lifts
