Week 2

Only lost 1 lbs. this week. I seemed to be not as attentive this week the during week one. I was snacking more and not really sticking to my game plan.

At least I didn't gain so I'm still on track. Week three will be better.

Yea me, I lost three pounds. I'm not as hungry all the time like I was a week ago. I still feel the urge to eat when I'm bored but I'm drinking more Crystal light and that helps. Plus munching on healthier snacks like celery help the craving to eat without adding calories.

Day 1

Day 1 went well. I stayed with in my calories and most importantly, I didn't snack outside my "rules". I did have a small brownie after dinner, but I was well below my calories and rewarded myself. I usually start off well but my resolve flickers as I go. But, here's to a good day 1

    After a year of doing this. I have found what is most effective is learning to count the grams of fat, carbs, and protein... and then the calories fall in to place... that way, I dropped 5 lbs a month easy and have been doing good keeping it off. Its not easy though. It takes trial and error to learn these things. I am helping others learn these over at the New Years Resolution Challenge. http://teams.sparkpeople.com/2008
