TODAY MY MOTHER AND I WENT ON OUR 3.3 MILE WALK. THAT'S WHAT ME AND MY OLDEST DAUGHTER DID. MY MOTHER AND MY BABY GIRL DID 2.2 AND QUIT AS SOON AS THEY SAW THE HOUSE. LOL! MY MOTHER DID GOOD. THE WALK WAS GREAT ALL UNTIL WE SAW 3 LABS.. AND I MEAN 3 UNTIED LABS. BUT THEY HAD THESE BOXES ON THERE COLLARS, AND MY FIANCE TOLD ME IT ALLOWS THEM SO MANY FEET AND I'M SURE THEY WILL BE SHOCKED IF THEY LEFT THE MARKED AREA..WELL, THEY WAS MEAN ENOUGH TO MAKE US HEAD BACK. CUTTING OUR PATH SHORT, BUT ME AND MY OLDEST PUSHED ON. IT WAS A PRETTY DAY. THE WEATHER IS GOING TO BE FAIR TOMORROW, AND MY MOTHER IS GOING TO DO HER 2.2 AGAIN, AND I'LL STICK WITH MY 3.3... NOW TONIGHT I HAVE TO HIT THE TREADMILL, BECAUSE MY MISSION THIS WEEK IS 5 MILES 3 DAYS THIS WEEK. I'M ON A QUEST TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT, AND THE MISSION IS TO GET THERE BY MY 34TH B DAY. I THINK WALKING WITH MY MOM ON THE PRETTY DAYS WILL HELP NOT ONLY ME LOSE SOME MORE WEIGHT, BUT ALSO IT WILL HELP MY MOTHER GET BACK IN SHAPE. SHE SAID. I HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF SHAPE.. WOW! RETIREMENT CAN DO THIS TOO YOU.. GET YOU OUT OF SHAPE.. I USE TO WALK 3 MILES EVERYDAY. WHAT'S HAPPEN TO ME.. I HAD TO STOP AND MARCH IN PLACE TWICE IN ORDER FOR MY MOTHER TO CATCH UP. THEN SHE JUST SAID. GO ON.. I'M BEHIND YA.. GO ON DO YOUR WALK.. THEN SHE GOT ON TO MY GIRLS BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T KEEPING UP. MY TEEN GOES.. SHE IS A PRO AT THIS.. I'LL DO MY BEST, AND SHE DID.. SHE'S TOUGH, AND CAN'T WAIT TO DO THIS AGAIN TOMORROW..

Well, I'm 3.6 up in weight. I am pretty okay with the gain. I feel as if I'm rolling backwards, but you do what you do to get everything going again.
So, I went to the gym this morning, and I got my current weight from there.
150.2 not so happy about it, but hey. It's just a minor set back. I don't have to look at it as a set back. So... I'm pushing onward and doing my best in taking care of myself. Things happen and we do push forward..
So as I was talking to the trainers.. They made a suggestion after stepping off the scale... Marjay, Kelly, and Shane things I should go on a "PROTEIN PLUS" diet.I for one have never heard of a diet like this, but the were giving me the details on how to master such a diet.
34 grams of protein in the morning before my morning workout.
5 to 6 grams of protein for a mid day snack.
15 grams of protein lunch, with a nice healthy salad.
5 to 6 grams of protein for another snack.. Or pass on the protein snack and just have a piece of fruit.
25 grams of protein for dinner..
6 oz of sleeply time tea and get ready for bed..
Giving me a daily diet of 80-86 grams of protein perday.
They think this well shake some weight, so I am willing to give this a try.
Better to try than to not to try..

Today, I reset everything. I broke my wheel spin numbers, so I can start off with day 1 again. Well, I'm going to start using the spin to keep track of my new journey. It's not going to cost me a thing.. I have to do this. It's time to get off track to reset the tracks.. I know.. I'm losing you, but I will keep you all posting on what's about to happen next. This is a new day in the making, and new progress.. It's time to keep on pushing..

TODAY, I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH AND I WANTED TO MAKE A MOTIVATIONAL BLOG. I BEEN SEARCHING MY THOUGHTS FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS, AND THE SCALE HASN'T BEEN MY FRIEND.
WELL, THEY AREN'T MY FRIEND AS OF NOW, AND I DON'T THINK THEY WILL EVER BE. SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO PUSH PAST ALL THE MADNESS OF THE GAINS, AND MOVE FORWARD. IT'S HARD TO PUSH, BUT I FELT LIKE SHARING MY MOTIVATION.
I DON'T HAVE TIME TO I MUST GO ON AND DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR ME. IT'S FUNNY-BUT FITNESS HAS BEEN AROUND FOR THE LONGEST. AND THE MACHINES THEY USE TO GET IN SHAPE ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD. BUT NOW LOOK AT US TODAY. UP TO DATE, AND IN CONTROL. WELL, SOME OF US ARE, BUT GETTING INTO SHAPE IS SO HARD. IT'S HARD TO STAY MOTIVATED YOU KNOW. AND THE MONEY WE SPEND ON GETTING IN SHAPE IS UNBELIEVABLE, BUT WE DO IT.
SO I STARTED TO THINK OF ALL THE REASONS, ONCE AGAIN ON WHY I WANT TO GET INTO SHAPE.
FIRST OF ALL. I'M A MOTHER OF 3 AND I LOVE MY CHILDREN LIKE NO OTHER. WHO DON'T RIGHT? AND WHAT MOTHER DOES NOT WANT TO BE AROUND FOR THEIR KIDS. SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO PUSH PAST THE SIZE 2 JEANS AND FOCUS A LITTLE MORE ON OUR HEALTH LIVING BETTER LIVES FOR THEM. THEY NEED US, AND MY CHILDREN NEEDS ME TO BE HERE FOR THEM. I NEED TO BE HERE FOR THEM. ANOTHER THING THAT GOT ME GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TODAY "YESTERDAY" WAS MY FRIEND LISA.
SHE TOLD ME. IF ONLY I KNEW WHAT I KNEW NOW YEARS AGO. I ASKED HER WHAT SHE MEANT BY THAT STATEMENT, AND HER WORDS WERE.
YOU CHOOSE TO DO BETTER OR YOU CHOOSE TO GIVE IN, AND WE DON'T GIVE IN WHEN WE KEEP ON PUSHING FORWARD. NO MATTER WHAT THE SCALES SAY WE DUST IT OFF, AND WE KEEP HITTING AT THE NAIL HEAD. SHE GOES, WE CAN CHOOSE TO FIX WHAT'S GOING ON WITH US OR LEAVE IT BE, BUT IF YOU CHOOSE TO LEAVE IT BE, THEN YOU CHOOSE TO STAY THE SAME.
I TOLD MY FRIEND. I MISS MY HARD BODY. EVEN IF IT WAS 14 YEARS AGO. I STILL MISS IT. I WANT TO HAVE A BODY BUILDER'S BODY BUT YOU MUST BE IN TUNE WITH YOURSELF IN ORDER TO GET IT. BALANCED! YOU MUST PUT AND IN ORDER TO DO THAT. YOU MUST "FIT" YOURSELF IN- IN ORDER TO DO IT. I ASKED MYSELF.. CAN I BE BALANCED? CAN I BALANCE MYSELF ENOUGH TO BUILD A FIT BODY AND MIND? YES! I KNOW I CAN. I BELIEVE I CAN. AND I KNOW I WILL BE ABLE TO DO THIS FOR MYSELF. SET BACKS WILL HAPPEN, PROGRESS WILL COME FORWARD, BUT IN ORDER TO SEE THOSE THINGS HAPPEN. YOU MUST PUSH. I MUST FIGHT, AND I CAN BE CUTE AT IT LIKE HER. SHOOT! I DON'T MIND MY SHAPE AT ALL. WHAT I DO MIND IS BEING UNHEALTHY, AND I AM HEALTHY AS I CAN BE, AND WHEN THE CHIPS STARTS TO FALL DOWN ON ME. I MUST ADMIT. I FALL TOO. IT'S HARD TO STAY ON TRACK. IT'S HARD TO BALANCE.
BUT WE DO BALANCE OUT. WHEN THE SCALE ISN'T OUR FRIENDS, WE STILL END UP ON TOP. AS LONG AS WE KEEP ON TRYING. THERE IS NO NEED IN GIVING UP. SO WHAT! THE SCALE SAID YOU GAIN SOME WEIGHT. GET OVER IT AND PUSH FORWARD. YOU HAVE TOO MUCH TIME & MONEY INVESTED IN THIS. YEAH! I KNOW. WE READ ALL THE MAGS WE EVEN READ THE SUCCESS STORIES OF OTHERS, AND LOOK AT THEIR PROGRESS PHOTOS. WE GO... IF SHE CAN DO THIS. I CAN DO THIS.. THEN WE START TO READ FOOD LABELS AND WE EVEN GET A PAIR OF RUNNING SHOES OUR GAME FACES ARE ON, WE ARE READY TO TAKE ON THE WORLD OF FITNESS. LOADING UP ON FRUITS AND VEGGIES
WE CAN DO THIS! WE KNOW WE CAN. AND WE KEEP ON PUSHING. WE BECOME LESS AFRAID, AND MOVE FOCUS ON WHAT WE NEED TO DO. I KNOW I NEED TO CHANGE AND I KNOW I NEED TO BE FOCUS. I NEED TO BALANCE MY LIFE. STAY ONE WITH MYSELF, AND STOP LOSING THE BATTLE AND START WINNING. AND START LOSING WEIGHT NOW! . I WILL NOT LOSE THIS FIGHT.
.. I WILL KEEP ON STEPPING. I WILL NOT LOSE THIS FIGHT. .. I WILL KNOCK THESE POUNDS OUT. OH NO! THIS IS NO LONGER A GAME WITH ME. IT'S BEEN A WII GAME FOR THE LONGEST. AND NOW THE GAME IS OVER!
