CONFESSION TIME....TIME TO BE HONEST....

Well...the scales are going the wrong way for me at the moment and I know exactly why.....
I guess that is kinda helpful.....
The chocolate and the nibbles that have created this were very much enjoyed however this stops right here....

I am fully back on track today and am feeling good about it....
Haven't been walking since I did the half marathon....did do my house out today which was something in the form of exercise.....
Stuggling with daylight saving which happens most years however chased myself all day today......hopefully tomorrow will be better and I will adjust more to the time change.....
I am planning to get a walk in tomorrow and keep the walking going each day.....

The wheels totally fell of the fast i have been on however restarted again today and am feeling positive and motivated.....
Have set myself a goal to get as close to my goal in 2 weeks as is possible so this will call for a real attitude change and a real focus....
Staying in it for the duration not veering off and getting distracted....

Thats where I am at this week....
Honesty achieves things otherwise I will just continue to fool myself.....

Hi Lyn, I;m so sorry I missed this post yesterday, I want you to know I'm with you every step of the way, yes, I can identify with the nibbles and going off track, I did that a few times during summer vacation, I finally had to pull up my boot straps and move on and put it behind me, I'm thrilled to hear you are doing the same, don't be hard on yourself, we've all been there if we are going to be honest, and that's one thing I so appreciate about you, your integrity and being up front about where you're at. We all find ourselves giving in to temptation now and then. I think we, and life, would be too boring were we not occasionally led down the wrong path. Well out weather today hasn't been that beautiful....rain, hail and even some snow flurries and of course sunshine....lol....all of it in one day.....lol

It has still been a great day and it is not over yet....we will be off to night Church very soon....the previous pastor and his family arte down this weekend so will be great to see them and hear him preach again...have really missed his sermons.....

Our little flock were great this morning and they are really starting to step up which is really encouraging and we are seeing some of them growing which is awesome.....

I am right into things again tomorrow....will be back walking....well thats as long as the weather is half decent of course.....Have really enjoyed my chill weekend...it has been great although i am not sure I am impressed with the lost sleep last night having put the clocks forward for daylight saving.....it starts really early here now and doesn't end until end of march....it goes now for 6 months of the year....fascinating.....

Well thats been my lot for the day.....

I am going for a walk today without a buddy, just because my lack of a buddy yesterday made me spiral down in a total breakdown of my plans and eating. Have had a real chill saturday....which has been awesome....

HAd a lie in this morning and kinda really chilled befire showering and chilling again....having said that I made some pastoral phone calls and caught up with folks and of course now I am sparking .....
When I finish here I will get us soup for dinner...made a nice pot of vege soup this morning as I had a bit of a fancy for it.....and then I am going to chill and maybe watch a movie thta is on tv tonight or read my book.....

HAve some spark rewading to catch upo on as well so have plent of options....
We were going to go to our home ch=urches international service however decided that because a rugby world cup game is on tonight at the stadium which is close by parking would be diabolical...even in our church carpark which they have rented out on the nights that games are on....
SO...decided to give it a miss.....

Really nice not to have to have done anything specific today or had anywhere to have gone....
A real enjoyable chill day...
Unfortunately it started raining around lunch time otherwise I was looking to go walking today however there is always tomorr....
i have come to the end of my rest time after the half marathon and looking to get back into my walking

Another week almost gone...it is scarey how quickly the weeks are flying by.....
daylight saving starts here this weekend end....amazing...only seems yesterday that we were turning the clocks back.....and also it has only just started getting lighter in the mornings now we will have a time when it is a bit darker again...oh well....

Have been quite busy today...I notice that i have been tending to go to work on a Friday hich is something that I wasn't doing....Friday had become one of my days....however am finding that it is working well so maybe I have one of the other days as well as my Monday.....

Haven't got anything planned for the weekend which is nice....well not for tomorrow anyway....Sunday is a fully planned day as always.....

Going to have a reasonably early night tonight.....to kind of make up for my still doing spark at midnight last night...lol...

It seems so strange to hear you speak of daylight savings. We will be soon moving out of daylight savings and into winter's darker days. Strange indeed. You and I both seem to be night owls. I do alot of my SP late at night too, when the house is nice and quiet. DH goes to bed early as he is up at 4am, to the gym and then to work. The peace lets my mind concentrate. FASTING DAY 11.....

Today was an awesome day....I finally got it all together again which has been awesome......
Looking forward to keepig it all together for at least the next 10 days....

The weather today was superb as well and although I didn't get much of a walk did get a short one on my travels.....

Had a really great meeting today with our senior pastor where a lot of things that hubby and I have been talking about got thrown in the ring.....really positive and encouraging....

My daughter and I went to the movies tonight....don't honestly know when the last time was that i went to the movies.....
Really enjoyed it...
We saw "the Help"...it has just come out here and is well worth going to see.... a brilliant movie...

Well it is nearly midnight so need to be in Byes....
