HIGHER LEVEL OF HONESTY REQUIRED....Sunday, April 03, 2011
Well...having completed a week of being honest it is obvious to me by the 100grm weight increase this last week that i need to be even MORE honest...taking it to a higher level.... ![]()

End of my 1st week of being honest with myself .....it hasn't been too horrendous....in fact it has actually been very helpful....
Has shown up a lot of things for me and also helped me make some changes which are leading to more honesty.....
Today has been a different kind of day in the fact that it has run differently therefore I have eaten differently than i normally would have and i am not 100% certain that i was fully focused at all times....
Breakfast....2 slices whole wheat toast with peanut butter....
Lunch....
Salad....lettuce, carrot, cucumber, tomato & beetroot.....(.we decided to stop for lunch on our way back from our little church and there was nothing vegan to choose from.....salad was yummy though.....)
Dinner.....have a function tonight which will be wine and nibbles so this may end up being dinner....maybe not the healthiest however this is more about honesty.....
Snacks.....vegan brownie.....nuts & fruit.....more serves of these that i am supposed to have....
Water.....3 litres already today...
exercise....had a break again today....back into it tomorrow.....
Thats day 7 for me and the end of my first week....
I am believeing that next week will be a better week for me where I will fine tune my food and will see the pounds dropping off to my easter goal.....

New to this but feel compelled to ask you if you are having any success at losing any weight? I ask only because I have been where you are before. Seemed like I was starving most of the time yes I lost weight but only to gain it back plus a bit of it's friends. I now take the slower more steady rout. since I started two weeks ago, I have lost 9 lbs in the last week it seems as if I am dropping at least 1 lb a day. It appears that my CHEAT DAYS are working to keep my metabolism working hard for me. I wish you the best.. Please feel free to write me if you ever feel so moved.
