thank goodness christmas is over. i have had serious heartburn and bloating from all crap foods i have ate in last 4 days. why do we continually indulge if it makes us feel like crap? i guess it just tastes good and for me, being an emotional eater, i eat when i m happy, sad, bored, mad. it just dont matter

my goal for new year- get rid of emotional eating by blogging and tracking. think before i eat.

try new foods

run a 5 k by using c25k app

weight lifting 3x per week

join me on my journey to a new fitter happier me

enough of the playing around. i know i feel better when i eat healthy and clean and excercise and run.

    Yes! You got this! Every moment brings us closer to health! Just because we had 3 pieces of pizza doesn't mean we need the 4th! We can always make a smarter decision than our last one!

    It is so easy to lose focus this time of year - good for you for getting back on track emoticon I'm trying to ditch the "start fresh in January" mindset, and just start doing what I know I should be doing NOW...easier said than done for sure!!
