thank goodness christmas is over. i have had serious heartburn and bloating from all crap foods i have ate in last 4 days. why do we continually indulge if it makes us feel like crap? i guess it just tastes good and for me, being an emotional eater, i eat when i m happy, sad, bored, mad. it just dont matter
my goal for new year- get rid of emotional eating by blogging and tracking. think before i eat.
