So today my daughters friend came over today and I gave her a food and exercise journal to record her food. She bought herself a book catered to teenagers on how to eat correctly. That was a plus to see her determination. Its so funny to hear her speak about the things I am talking about. Today, I showed her what a serving size of cereal was and what a plate looks like. She said that's it. The plate was the same as you would use for a toddler. So she was given direction to walk 45 to 60 minutes and day and write down all she eats. I cant wait to see her food diary. Tonight, I will try to calculater her total calories, carbs, fats, and protein.
