Our curves is getting remodeled on staurday and Im so excited! New desk,filing cabinets, and fresh paint to touch up on the old spots around there. I also am going to clean off all the machines and reorganize the desk and the filing system. busy week to look forward to.

today Im going to attempt to walk all the 5miles while pushing the double stroller, and doing my 100 crunches today also. This morning I wieghed myself at 208.5. I have lot 3.5 pounds of my 5 pounds for the pre BLC5 challenge/.

I ate at Chick Fil A for lunch and had their shake, fries and chicken nuggets. I was starving after work and stopped off there, shouldve chosen something better, but we live, we learn. Next time I will decide to stop off somewhere like blimpees or subway and get their salads or a helathy sandwich. ANyways, I burned 3730 calories this week and tomorrow plan on getting some bike riding time in with my new mp3 player armband and I have it mapped out for a mile around my hilly neighborhood, so I plan on making 5miles, but we shall see!

I joined the BLC5 for Jan 8th an we started a pre challenge to lose 5 pounds prior to that start date and so far I have lost 2.5 pounds and have 2.5 more to go. thi week I burned over 3500 calories so hopefully by next weigh in I'll be down to 207 like I want to be.
