Still no loss for the past 2 days but no gain either which is fine by me. I bought an ablounge yesterday and I'm going to start doing that everyday along with my cardio that way I am burning fat and toning at the same time.
I was up to 223 from TOM, but I just kept eating good, and exercising ad now I'm back down to 222.8 which I know will go even lower to 222 by the Sunday. I have a valentines day challenge to get to 219 by valentines day so that is what Im going to do!
I got on the scale this morning and weigh 222.6 woo hoo, this weight is just melting off of me, I know that eating in my calorie range and exercising like I am has been really paying off. I don't even crave junk food anymore I love that feeling!
