I did 73 minutes cardio total today, Idid 40 minutes this morning and 33 minutes after dinner. I'm learning to eat the right foods and exercise to maxamize my weight loss.

I started out on here after christmas weighing 231, I lost down to 227, then gained back to 231 I finally got down to 229.8 today and I'm really watching what I put in my mouth now, as in how much fat it has, sodium, and such. really adds up.

I did it again, everyday now since I've bought my new 5mile walk tape Ive been at least doing 40 minutes of cardio a day, Tomorrow I'm going to do the whole 5mile challenge. I love feeling so good afterwards!

Yesterday I walked the whole 5 miles, and did my cardio workout, today Im going to do my 1 mile walk tape, and take sean for a walk around the neighborhood. Also do my 100 crunches, I'm serious about losing this weight.Thank god its friday because were going to the state park tomorrow with sean, I'm going to take lots of pictures too.

walking at river front park today

Im hoping I can get to meet up with another sparker and go walking at river front park and get the whole 5 miles done today. I haven't walked in awhile but I want to get back up to walking it again. So far since getting back on track with sparkpeople I have lost 4 pounds and am able to do my workouts again without feeling exhausted afterwards.
