Im excited my hubby got me the wii fit and I love it, I have had it for 2 days now and been running,and doing the aerobics on it, plus I joined the spark new you challenge, thought it might motivate me to finally reach my goal weight once and for all.

I will be rethinking everything, i have totally slacked off this past week, and I know the stress of the holidays, sick husband and kids hasnt helped my problems, but its my responsibility to get up and exercise and eat right, and it is my own fault if I have gained weight from this bad week of eating, but Im going to change it and stop it before it gets outta hand, I think i will start myself on a meal plan with sparkpeople and start counting my calories again, and just aiming for 30 minutes cardio each day til I get the energy to do more.

I did my 30 day shred everyday now for 15 days, I have lost 3 pounds so far, I know my eating hasnt always been perfect either, so that is probably why I havent lost more, or becuase I have lost some inches.

my weight for today, I did the 30 day shred level 2 today, the walk and jog and ate pretty darn good all in all. had me a tuna sadnwich for lunch with an apple, for snack a small blueberry muffin, and for dinner this ground beef taco type rice meal, it had rice, ground beef, seasoning and sour cream type topping. I think I did okay with the portions though, as I burned about 900 cals today or more. And after the kids go to bed, I will do some long needed yoga!

As of this morning, I'm 183 pounds not too bad, but I'd rather been 181.8 like I weighed a few days ago, must be muscle Im gaining, but Im not giving up, keep workingh out, eating good and it will come off. Its probably my body trying to fight the changes Im making, well it can keep on fighting because Im nto quitting either!I just got done doing level 3 today of the shred and this afternoon I will do my walk and jog dvd for more cardio, and then tongiht my yoga dvd.
