Today I plan on finishing some house cleaning,getting my cardio in for the day, taking sean for a walk,eat more fruit and watch my calories today really good. I also wanna try and measure myself today and get some crunches in too.

Well I've already did my cardio for today, though I didnt get to do my whole 30 minutes like I usually do, I did 20 since sean was getting fussy. I will do some strength traning this afternoon, and I've been eating pretty good latley. I don't crave soda,ice cream or chips anymore. I just need to increase my cardio time now.

Today, I decided to start trying the exercises they sho on the spark emails, at least one a week and try alternating my cardio routine so I don't get burnt out like I did before with it. Now I just need to establish a healthy eating habits to go along with my exercise regimine. I know I can do this I just need to put forth the effort.

Im getting frustrated Ive been eating good, doing 30-60 minutes of cardio a day and still the weight is not dropping its very upsetting when your trying your best and not seeing results!

Ive been tracking my food now for 3 days and im so proud of myself i know a sometimes ive sliped on my calorie ranges but im exercising and cutting down alot more then i was before and i know i will get it together soon with the calorie range and it become like second nature to me and be a breeze.
