starting the 30 day shred 3 days ago was the best thing I could have done, I'm getting stronger and feeling fit, plus it just might be the motivation I need to start dropping these pounds again, I started at 185, so we will see how much I wiegh at the end of the 30 days.

Ughh, I stayed busy, busy today, hubby had the day off and I took full advantage of it, yard work that is LOL. I dug the stump from the back yard, raked and baged half the backyard, cleaned away dead weeds and vines and made the yard look so pretty, and burned tons of calories doing it, my whole body is sore, but in a good way sore, I feel so accomplished, also did my 5 mile walk this morning.

Yeah, now only 3 pounds and I'm outta 180-ville, I did my 5 miles walk dvd this morning and this afternoon Im doing the butt busters vidoe on spark as part of the BlC weekend challenge, then some more walk and jog and then some pilates tonight, get ready scale b/c Im going down, down down in weight!

Today my husband and I have been married for 2 yrs, I'm so happy to have him and my kids in my life. They make life worth living and now I want to be healthy to live a long life with them. Today I did 109 minutes cardio.

Yesterday hubby bought me a yoga mat, well we went in half on it and it was wonderful, I did my pilates with it and it helped my back so much, tonight I will do my Yoga and walk and jog twice, some crunches in between too on my ablounge. I'm determined to get out of 180-ville by next tuesday.
