How about a challenge to get us all through this Halloween week-end? C'mon, you know that you want C-A-N-D-Y and I'm here with a big ol' bowl of it with enough for everyone!! This is a cross-team challenge to help us all get in a little extra work on the first of the big eating temptation week-ends we'll face this round. So rather than reaching for those leftover Snickers bars I'm challenging all of US to reach down deep within ourselves and do this instead!! The challenge will run this Friday through Monday with results to be reported back to individual team captains or whomever gathers stats for your team.

In an attempt to keep the accounting on this as simple as possible and to allow everyone to play at the level where we're at, the number of repetitions done will not count. I'm asking each of you to review these and, knowing where you're at in your personal journey, to put in just a few more repetitions than you have achieved previously. I've given links to these exercises but if the version is too easy or too hard then please substitute a version that will challenge YOU.
Here's how you will count it: It's 1 point for each letter completed any given day on this ** Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday**. The team with the best average per participant will win. So, yes, a team with one participant who does every letter over the four days could very well win. This is about us, people, and we're worth the extra sweat and time to be our healthiest selves ever!!
Example
C - 1 / 0 / 1
A - 0 / 1 / 1
N - 1 / 1 / 1
D - 0 / 1 / 1
Y - 0 / 1 / 1
This individual would have a total of 11 points. The average for team will be total team points divided by number of participants.
Okay, everybody sing along at home because you know you want to... "I want candy..... I want candy"
