tomorrrow is the BIG DAY!

I can't wait to start this challenge tomorrow Ive already got myself back into the habit of exercising everyday and eating right, I want to lose down to 170 by the end of this challenge, and I hope that it being through the holidays will help me to be good and not over indulge during those holidays where all we do is eat.

I took my husband out to dinner tonight at Chilli's for his Birthday dinner, his birthday is on the 11th but he will most likely have to work and I wanted to do something with just us and the kids together,we both had a good time and we got the chicken tacos, they were so yummy, I'm sure they had a load of calories in them but I'm not going to stress, I just wanted to enjoy my dinner for tonight and continue eating good and exercising tomorrow. Hope you all have a good evening. Tomorrow I will try and do another 30 minutes workout and I know I have more laundry to get done.

Everyday I have been making small changes towards a healthier me, today is the first day where I feel smaller around the middle again, I cant wait to get back down to 179 pounds, then aim for 170, then 165,160, 155, and so on til I reach 140-pounds and get my $2,000.00 shopping spree, everyday that thought keeps me going and making good choices. emoticon

I'm so excited about the new BLC challenge starting, Im a new person with a new positive attitude and Im going to rock this challenge this time, like I did a previous challenge, Im going to reach my goal weight for the challenge and then some and do my best to motivate others and keep myself motivated the whole way through it, Ive started by doing a small walk each morning and afternoon, and then doing my walk and jog twice a day, I think all that plus eating good and drinking lots of water is going to help my body flush away those unwanted pounds for good! emoticon

Im taking charge of my health again, Its been along time now and Im getting back into the groove of things, walking everyday, doing my 5 mile walk away the pounds dvd and eating healthy as I can.
