Im doing good and going strong, despite running after two very active kids.Im still at 185 but I have been at least doing 30-40 minutes cadio a day or more;and eating healthy.

This is day 4 for my exercise train that were doing on my sparkteam red hot chili steppers and I feel great! Everyday that I go workout, its like contagious I keep making good choices the rest of the day from it. Im 186.6 right now,I hope to be 185 by this coming tuesdays weigh in. That will have put me at 1.6 pound loss

I had a bad backache for the last 2 weeks and therefore did no exercise even though it was killing me, unfortunatley I ate poorly and gained weight as a result of it, so Im back to 185, I never wanna be here again Im going to change that though. My back is feeling better now and all this week it is going to be exercise, exercise, exercise! I'm going to get me a travel pass to go to Curves while Im in Fl so I have no excuse not to workout.

    Amber - I know how you feel. What is it about bad backs? Four of my friends also hurt their backs at the same time. Get well and stay well.

I have been slacking for awhile now after my GA vacation I had gained up to 185.6, now I'm finally back down to 179, but I want to get back to 177 where I was before I had left for my trip so I have been doing workout dvds each morning and walking, doing my curves workout, trying to burn off these last few stubborn pounds. I know I will get there soon enough, its just I have to learn patience and continue to do good each day, even when I feel like Im going nowhere, I am going somewhere just taking the scenic route instead of speeding through it like I want to.

I've decided to try calorie cycling to see If it helps with my weight loss, for my weight, age and sex it says 1470 calories a day that's about what my range is right now anyway, but I'm going to try and track everything I'm eating from now on and make sure I'm burning enough calories.
