CONGRATULATIONS! You've inspired me to start measuring inches rather than just pounds. Way to go.

I've lost another 4 inches in 2 weeks! I know I will reach my goal for BLC6 and get into shape and feel better, one day at a time!

I think that the inches make us feel just as good as the pounds lost. You can fit into smaller clothes and it is so much fun to go shopping then. I actually am looking forward to putting on my swimsuit this year. Keep up the good work!

Which once again proves that it isn't always about the scale. Congrats!

Awesome job!! I know when I started fitting into smaller sizes it was so much fun ... I had saved my smaller sizes, so it was like revisiting old friends!! Another thing I did ... toss the larger sizes ... no room to go back up. ((hugs))

Congratulations on the smaller sizes. I always find that is much more of a confidence and motivation boost than anything the scale says.

179.8

Friday, April 11, 2008

Thats what I weighed his morning and I had o stand on the scale three more time in a row to make sure it was correct and 179.8 kept coming up so Im so excited!!!! My goal for BLC6 is to get down to 165 pounds, so I now I have about 14.8 pounds to go, I have already lost 3.2 pounds and this isn't even our first weigh in yet, man Im kicking butt, I love my HRM its really helping me to focus on that extra calorie burn. When I see those calories coming off, I run faster on the recovery boards, I push the machines harder and sweat more, and then I feel the results afterwards. LOL that should be a commerical for a HRM,he he!!!

Awesome job!! I'm glad your hard work is paying off because it sounds like you are so consistent with your work outs. I have to say, I'm glad Lavender is getting the benefit of all this hard work instead of another team. hehe
