I weighed outta curiousity to see If my heart rate monitor is really burning as many calories as it says and I weighed this morning at 180.4!!!! I couldn't believe it, I'm so happy. I know it will be easy for me to reach my goal of 165, which now I only need to lose 15.4 pounds to reac my STG, and then my long term goal is to be 140-130 pounds and keep it off for good.
My measurements went down from my last months measruing too.
My Body Fat % is now at 34.0 and my goal is to have it 24.0.

I got my heart rate monitor yesterday and I'm so ecited about using it today with my circuit training, not only does it have all the functions of a regular watch but it checks your heart rate with S-pulse technology where I don't have to wear a chest strap but it also tracks my calories burned too. I'm excited about the BLC6 starting on the 8th and getting to know some more people on SP and reaching more goals, while making new friends.

    So glad you like you heart rate monitor. I love mine too. It really lets me know exactly how hard I'm working and being a numbers geek I love to look at all the stats after the workout too. Thanks for the exercises!

I'm down to 183 pounds, I have been doing really well with the inlaws down here and all their good cooking they do, I just ate smaller portions and have been doing my exercise everyday. Yesterday I did my 65 minutes of cardio and then went swimming at the YMCA.Today I'm just going to finish cleaning my house before company comes over and RELAX. something I don't ever,ever get nearly enough of.Also I've lost a total of 55 pounds now and have another 43 to go before I reach my long term goal weight of 140 pounds.

New measurements and weight!

Today I jogged 7 miles in 65 minutes, I did it 2 weeks ago in 70 minutes. So Ive cut my time on it by 5 minutes! I also have dropped a total of 47.2 pounds and 10.5 inches since joining curves after having my son Daniel.
My new measurements are:

abdomen:41
hips:46.5
thighs:53
Arms:26

YES! I am getting closer and closer to my goal weight and once I reach 188, which would put me at a 50 pound loss I get a nice heart rate monitor from my wonderful hubby as a mini reward for all my hard work. I CAN REACH MY GOAL, IM HALF WAY THERE!

    YOU CAN DO IT!!! I know you can. More walking. I missed that this week. And it's all my fault...I let life trip me up and get me busy and didn't take the time for our walks. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
