So close to be under 190 pounds! Im finally under my prepregnancy weight, I haven't weighed this much since about 2 years ago. This weekend was intense cardio but I enjoyed it and Im proud that I accomplished something I never thought Icould do a few years ago.

Hiking

I went hiking today with Susan and her husband at Sesqui park and did a 8.5 mile hike in 125 minutes,and I was carrying a camel pack on my back.

    Yep! She was "smokin'!" hee hee ... she stayed ahead of both of us. But then you have to realize her motivation ... she kept envisioning that my sexy hubby was a serial killer out to end her days! LOL

Today I did a 7 mile hike with my pal Susan and then did 95 minutes walking while collecting alluminum on a road I live near.I've got 2.5 pounds to go til I reach my pre pregnancy weight of 195 pounds, hoping by tuesday thats wht my scale will say.I burned 1444 calories today!!!! Tomorrow, its 66 minutes curves circuit, 100 crunches on ablounge, and 10 minutes jump roping at home.

I'm finally under 200 pounds, woo hoo! Today Im going on a 7mile walk with my buddy susan and then have some crunches on my ablounge Im doing, monday will consist of about an hour and half of circuit training and 100 crunches and tuesday is my big weigh for my 6 week solution class and for my BLC5 challenge!
