Today I weighed in at 202.5 I gained 1/2 a pound, but I haven't been getting as much in as I was a few weeks ago. So I'm going to try and increase my water intake, and cut back my fats and carbs and see If that helps any. Today I am doing the circuit,100 crunches and a 6 mile walk this afternoon. Hopefully I've lost inches since then.
