Day 3 of 6 week solution

Today I did good so far, I'm a little sore but I did my 33 minutes circuit and 100 crunches on the ablounge, the rest of today is going to be spent cleaning my so neglected house and getting laundry done. Tomorrow I'm going to finlay park and running steps, woo hoo! Can't wait to weigh in on Tuesday.

    What is the weather supposed to do tomorrow???!!!??? Are we still going to be able to go to the park to run the steps??? Because I'm thinking slippery steps is NOT good for our health. Although we could go to the mall and go up the "down" escalator. I did that today to make up some of my steps. Yes I felt silly, but it didn't stop me. I'm going to reach the top of that mountain!!!

Today I walked 6 miles in 90 minutes and burned over 600 calories! I'm so going to get this weight off and keep it off this time,I have been tracking my calories and not going over on the fats and junk food, drinking lots of water and aiming for at least 33 minutes of cardio a day.

I did GREAT today, I ate within my calorie range, had 12 glasses of wtaer to drink, didnt give into junk food or soda. I also did 33minutes cardio and 180 crunches today, tomorrow I plan on going walking with a friend and doing about 9-10 miles I hope. I get my next weigh in at Curves on the 27th.

So I lost a half inch on my waist,abdomen and hips but gained a half inch on my arms.
