yesterday i jogged around the block a couple times and really felt it. Running outside is so different than inside on a track. my lungs have a hard time getting used to it. I tried to take my dog Lola with me and shes just a lil dog so she didnt make it far before I felt like I was pushing her too hard, and she was giving me a look like what did i do to deserve this lol After I dropped her off I continued running and did pretty good, even got a honk from a passing car, which i know was some perv but hey I'll take a complement haha My legs were burning afterward and it made me feel great. For the first time I really experienced the energy running gives you after the workout. If I could force myself out of bed at 4am to workout before work, that would be optimal but I know I just cant do it so i guess I'll just stick to after work.
