had a body fat test done. im at 22%. so im in the middle of the recommended 18%-25% to get down to 18% i need to lose 7lbs

Its been a year that I have consistently been working out. I've had my weeks with zero motivation but for the first time I didn't let it keep me from going back. Maybe having to pay for my own gym membership has something to do with it lol emoticon

i really want to hit my goal of 1000 fitness minutes this month and i just realized i have 7 days to do 518 minutes.... emoticon i might have to do two a days because when i go in the mornings i only have about 40-50 minutes available.

5. fill great things about 2013 jar
6. watch only 21 hrs of tv in a wk for 2wks
7. create something colorful
8. do something outside comfort zone
9. do 5 random acts of kindness
10. run for a cause
11. visit a new city
12. take 50 new pictures
13. go to a comedy show

i decided on a bucket list instead of resolutions. so far i finished one book and signed up for the color run in feb! ive been doing a lot of homework instead of tv but not sure if its down to 21 hrs a wk.
